Meeting notice

The Chesterfield County School Board will hold a budget work session at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at the School Administration Building, 9900 Krause Road, preceded by dinner at 5 p.m.

Also on Jan. 12, the School Board will conduct a business meeting at 7 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room, 10001 Iron Bridge Road. During the business meeting, the School Board will elect its chair and vice chair for 2010 and will set meeting dates for the rest of the year.

The School Board will meet in closed session at 4 p.m. Jan. 19 in the School Administration Building to discuss possible student disciplinary action pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(2) of the Code of Virginia.
